In research, the direct method will involve examining how the people in the environment follow or break the rules. On the other hand, the dynamic method will involve examining the activities of the people, the changes taking place and how the activities affect others. When a person wants to carry out research on the behaviors of people in a particular environment, certain factors must be considered. Therefore, the behaviors of people can be described in terms of the following concepts: actor, act, significant others and their relationships The actor who is the element of behavioral observation can be described depending on the intention of the descriptions. Individuals can be described with their social status, profession, age, and marital status. Guatemalteca Bakery restaurant consist of employees and customers of different status. We have the position of the manager, supervisors, coordinators and the subordinate staff. However, the customers also, possess different status as far as their professions are concerned. In this research paper, the actors are the employees who provide services to the customers. Guatemalteca Bakery restaurant has dressing code which the entire staff adhere to.
